Sojuoppa Service

Subject to these Terms and your payment of the applicable donation for a services (“Donations”), Sojuoppa grants to you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Sojuoppa Services for noncommercial purposes to stream the specific Content, which is provided by third parties (“Providers”) and to participate in a community of users to provide comments and posts and to submit Subtitles for Content. Use of Third Party Services is subject to any applicable terms of use, terms of service, policies, or user agreements published by the Third Party Service from time to time.
The quality of streaming Content may vary from computer to computer, and device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your internet connection. In the event that streaming Content is impaired by the size of your cached memory files, you are responsible for clearing your cache periodically to resolve this issue. You are responsible for all internet access charges. Sojuoppa makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your instant watching experience on your display. You must be connected to the internet throughout your streaming experience. The Sojuoppa Services or specific Content may only be available in certain geographic locations and availability may vary by geographic location.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
If you register an account with Sojuoppa, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Termination

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes
